• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Used products cannot be returned.

• Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange a product, it must meet the return criteria mentioned above.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you desire is not available, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

 

5. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
